We had several fundraisers during this post-covid year and will be setting more for 2023 at our meeting this month.

In June we had s Tag Sale which included Church tables with items, tables we sold, gift raffle baskets and food, making a total income of $268.00.  Should we do another one this coming year, we plan on changing the date to either April or October as it might prove more successful based on our files from previous years.

In August we had a very successful Chicken BBQ, bringing in over $1,000 and in November we had a Paint Night making lovely votive candle holders in an autumn motif, raising $310.

All events income total was $1578.00.

After email conversations with a notable author looking to her as a guest speaker, because of her schedule and distance she was unavailable, but sent us a gift of three of her New York Best Seller listed books [total value about $100] that she autographed, which we will use for a gift basket raffle at one of our events.

All profits from Fundraising are shared with the church and charitable giving.

Our goals are to work toward enlarging some activities encouraging more income and getting more parishioners involved to create some fun and comradery while working with these events!

Respectfully submitted,

Sue Lamphier & Theresa Gorman, Co-Chairs
