Ministries are either regular tasks that a parishioner can participates in according to a schedule, or groups which organize activities for the parish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular scheduled tasks are:   <strong><em>Schedules for these tasks are found in the Calendar.<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Altar Guild &#8211; Set up for each Sunday, maintain vestments and assorted linens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coffee Hour &#8211; Set up coffee hour after the service and supply treats (yum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eucharistic Ministry &#8211; Assist the priest in the service and sharing the Eucharist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eucharistic Visitor &#8211; Deliver eucharist to those who could not attend services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lay Reading &#8211; Read the lessons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ushering &#8211; distribute bulletin and collect offering at the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zooming &#8211; operate the zoom for remote parishioners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organized Activity groups are:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Building and Grounds &#8211; coordinate all capital and special maintenance projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communications &#8211; Signage, website and Facebook page maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finance &#8211; oversee the church finances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fundraising &#8211; organize fundraising activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outreach &#8211; organize outreach activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parish Life &#8211; organize social activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vestry &#8211; this is the main administrative group for the church<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Worship &#8211; oversea and organize worship activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are many active ministries in the parish family at All Saints with Christ.
